What can I say, I love beautiful things.  With colors, textures and scents abound, flowers have always captured my imagination while weddings have had my heart for as long as I can remember.   The way I see it, the two go hand in hand.  One complementing and completing the other, just like in marriage.

Ask anyone involved in the wedding business what they like best about their line of work and more often than not you'll hear something to the effect of 'every wedding is different' or 'no two weddings are ever the same'.   For me, it's the unique capacity to tranform a setting.  The opportunity to bring to life, through the medium that is flowers, a couple's distinct individuality and style. All the while, aiming to exceed their expectations and hopefully even surprising them with the final product.  A bride's enthusiastic smile upon seeing her bouquet for the first time says it all.

I consider myself extremely fortunate to be able to do what I do. Funny thing is, I started doing weddings really by happenstance. What began almost five years ago as an effort to help out a friend on her wedding day has blossomed, for lack of a better word, into an enduring love affair with fine floral design. Fine, not in the stuffy sense of the word, but fine as in inspired and expressive.  I find inspiration in the smallest of wedding details and relish the distinctive, whether it be specialty blooms or quirky accent pieces.  After all, novel ideas and designs are what help to frame a couple's wedding story. Which is why I approach every wedding with the view that possibilities are truly infinite.  Nothing is too bold or unusual if it's what a client envisions!
